We provide detailed dimension sheets and weight specifications for every piece. For selected works and custom projects, we can also share 3D renderings to help you visualize scale and form in your intended setting.

Ordering, Payment & Production
To begin custom work, a 50% deposit is required to secure your project timeline and commence the design phase. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to shipment. For standard items, full payment is required at the time of order.

As each piece is made to order, typical lead times range from 60-70 business days. Expedited production may be available for certain projects, subject to studio capacity and an additional fee. You will receive clear milestones throughout the process.
Delivery, Logistics & Installation
Yes, we arrange door-to-door delivery globally. All shipments include full transit insurance. Delivery costs are calculated based on destination and artwork size, provided in your formal quote.
While we do not provide on-site installation or unloading services, we include a detailed installation manual and all necessary hardware.Delivery is to the curb or the first accessible point of your property; customers are responsible for offloading and moving the crate to its final location.
For large-scale works, we strongly advise a site accessibility check. Please share details about doorways, elevators, or staircases with your project consultant. We can then advise on feasibility or suggest optimal delivery solutions.
Most sculptures arrive fully assembled. For exceptionally large or complex pieces, clear assembly instructions and all components (base, anchors, hardware) are included in the crate.
Guarantee & Aftercare
Custom commissions are final once the design is approved. For standard items, cancellation is possible before production begins for a full refund. All shipments are insured; any damage must be reported within 3 business days of delivery for a prompt resolution.
