1. Coverage & Duration
Each sculpture is backed by a material-specific assurance period, covering defects in materials and artistry under normal installation and use conditions.

2. Terms & Scope
This assurance is governed by the following terms:
• Effective Period: Coverage begins on the date of product delivery and remains valid for the specific duration.
• Proper Use Requirement: The assurance applies when the product is installed, maintained, and used for its intended purpose in accordance with our published Care Guidelines.
• Coverage Definition: It covers defects verified to originate from the manufacturing process or inherent material imperfections.
3. Limitations & Exclusions
To ensure clarity, the assurance does not cover:
- Natural wear and tear, or gradual changes in appearance due to environmental exposure.
- Damage resulting from accidents, improper handling, neglect or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Damage caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters.
- Cosmetic surface scratches or patina development considered characteristic of the material.
For situations falling outside the assurance scope, we remain your trusted partner and will provide service solutions at transparent, preferential rates.
4. Initiating a Service Request
Should your sculpture require service, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Contact us via your dedicated client portal or service email (sales@infinitysculpture.com) with your project details and a description of the concern.
- Documentation & Review: Relevant photographs or documentation would be necessary to conduct a prompt evaluation of the issue.
- Resolution Pathway: If the claim is valid under the terms of this commitment, we will determine the most approprate solution - which may include repair, part replacement or other corrective measures.
Any replaced product or part will be covered for the remainder of the original assurance period.
