Sculpting Your Vision

Honoring Every Material Through Exquisite Craftsmanship

We believe material is fundamental to the soul of every artwork. Each medium has its own character, and our creative process is carefully adapted to honor its unique properties.

Stainless Steel Sculpture

Crafting Porcess

Step 1 - Cutting

Step 1 - Cutting

 • Sheets of stainless steel are precisely cut to size. Advanced tools like plasma cutters or water jets are often used to achieve clean, accurate shapes for the initial components.

Step 2 - Rough Carving

Step 2 - Rough Carving

 • Using machine to define the sculpture’s precise outline and major surfaces. This step accurately establishes the primary form and proportions for detailed work.

Step 2 - Forging

Step 2 - Forging

 • The cut stainless steel pieces are shaped through hammering, bending, or applying pressure. This stage transforms flat metal into the desired three-dimensional forms and curves that define the sculpture's core structure.

Step 3 - Welding

Step 3 - Welding

 • The forged components are meticulously joined together using welding techniques. This crucial step assembles the final structure, ensuring strength, stability, and seamless connections between all parts.

Step 4 - Polishing

Step 4 - Polishing

 • The entire surface is ground and polished through multiple stages. This process removes welds and imperfections, culminating in stainless steel’s signature smooth, reflective finish, from satin to a high-gloss mirror effect.

Marble Sculpture

Crafting Porcess

Step 1 - Cutting

Step 1 - Cutting

 • Selecting and cutting the raw marble block to remove excess stone. This creates a basic, workable shape and establishes the correct size and orientation for the sculpture.

Step 2 - Rough Carving

Step 2 - Rough Carving

 • Using machine to define the sculpture’s precise outline and major surfaces. This step accurately establishes the primary form and proportions for detailed work.

Step 3 - Hand Carving

Step 3 - Hand Carving

 • Artisans use chisels and hammers to carve all intricate details and textures by hand. This meticulous work gives the sculpture its unique character and fine features.

Step 4 - Polishing

Step 4 - Polishing

 • Sanding and buffing the surface with progressively finer abrasives. This removes all tool marks, reveals the marble’s natural shine, and completes the sculpture.

Bronze Sculpture

Crafting Porcess

Step 1 - Modeling

Step 1 - Modeling

 • The original form is first sculpted in clay. A wax replica is then created from this clay model, capturing every detail of the intended sculpture.

Step 2 - Lost Wax Casting

Step 2 - Lost Wax Casting

 • The wax model is coated in a ceramic shell. The wax is melted out, leaving a hollow mold. Molten bronze is poured into the cavity. Once cooled, the shell is removed to reveal the raw bronze casting.

Step 3 - Hand Carving

Step 3 - Hand Carving

 • For large works, individual cast sections are welded together. The entire surface is then meticulously refined by hand to remove seams and perfect details.

Step 4 - Polishing

Step 4 - Polishing

 • The bronze surface is carefully polished and prepared. Chemicals are then applied to create a colored patina, which gives the sculpture its unique finish and protective coating.

Fiberglass Sculpture

Crafting Porcess

Step 1 - Modeling

Step 1 - Modeling

 • The initial form of the sculpture is carved from high-density foam. This lightweight model allows for easy shaping and adjustment, establishing the sculpture’s basic volume and design.

Step 2 - Laminating

Step 2 - Laminating

 • Liquid resin is brushed onto the model, followed by layers of fiberglass cloth. This process is repeated multiple times to build up strength and thickness, fully enveloping the foam core.

Step 3 - Curing & Demolding

Step 3 - Curing & Demolding

 • The laminated sculpture is left to cure under controlled temperature. Once the resin hardens completely, the original foam model is removed or extracted, leaving a hollow but rigid fiberglass shell.

Step 4 - Priming & Painting

Step 4 - Priming & Painting

 • The surface is smoothed, primed, and sanded. Finally, color paints or coatings are applied to achieve the desired color, texture, and protective finish.
