Return & Refunds

At Infinity Sculpture, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our craftsmanship. Please review our policy carefully to ensure a seamless experience should you need to request a cancellation or return.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Before Production: You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to the approval of your CAD drawing.
• After CAD Approval: If a cancellation is requested after the CAD drawing has been approved, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
• Post-Shipment: We are unable to accept cancellations once your sculpture has been shipped.

2. Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request if you are not entirely satisfied with your acquisition.

 

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the sculpture must be in its original, unused condition, and securely packed in its original professional export packaging (wood crate).

Custom Commissions: Please note that custom-crafted sculptures (created based on signed drawings) are uniquely yours and are generally non-returnable. Exceptions are made only if the piece arrives damaged or deviates significantly from the approved design.

Note: Please do not return any items to our facilities without prior authorization from our team.

 

5. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Defective or Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, Infinity Sculpture will fully cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse (e.g., change of mind): For returns made without defect, the client is responsible for the actual return shipping fees. Given the high value and significant weight of our sculptures, a 20% restocking fee will also apply.

 

6. Refund Timeline

Upon receiving and carefully inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card) within 10 business days.
