At Infinity Sculpture, we are committed to your complete satisfaction.

Due to the custom-made nature of our artworks, we have established the following policy to ensure clarity for both parties regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Your ability to cancel depends on your order's production stage:

Before Design Approval: You may cancel for a full refund before the CAD drawing is approved.
After Design Approval: Cancellation after CAD approval incurs a 20% restocking fee of the order value.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once the product has left our facility.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

Return Window:

Eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or commissioned sculptures.
Special orders and showroom items.
Clearance or final sale products, except in cases of damage or defect upon delivery.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition.
Returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt/order number).

3. Return Process & Fees

Initiate a Return:

First, contact our customer service at sales@infinitysculpture.com to confirm your return eligibility and receive the correct return address. Once confirmed, we will provide you with the correct return address and further instructions. Customer would be responsible for the return label.

Ship the Item:

Securely package the sculpture for its return journey.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Customer-Initiated Returns: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Our Error (Damaged/Incorrect Item): We will cover the return shipping fees.

4. Refund Processing

Inspection & Approval:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status.

Refund Amount & Timing:

For approved returns, a refund for the item's value (a 20% restocking fee of product price) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to post to your bank or card account.

Delayed Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

5. Important Notes

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Due to their personalized nature, all custom sculptures are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for personal preference or change of mind.
Delivery Delays: Delays caused by force majeure (e.g., severe weather, customs) are beyond our control. In such cases, we commit to working collaboratively with you to find a solution.
