Thank you for entrusting Infinity Sculpture and we are committed to delivering your sculptures with the utmost care. 

All of our sculptures are crafted to order, we do not hold ready-to-ship sculptures. Your purchasing journey differs slightly based on whether you select a piece from our standard collection or initiate a custom design project.


Please review the details below to ensure a seamless delivery experience. 


1. Order Processing & Transit Timeline

To ensure transparency, we distinguish between the time taken to create your sculpture and the time required for international delivery. 

A.For Custom-Designed Sculptures

This process begins with a collaborative design phase. Production commences only after your final approval of the design drawings.

  • Design & Approval Phase: Time varies per project complexity.
  • Production Time (Ordering Processing Time/Handling Time): Upon design approval, fabrication typically requires 35-40 business days.
  • Total Transit Time (Shipping Time): Upon finished product approval, standard shipping takes an additional 25-30 business days.
  • Total Estimated Lead Time: 60-70 business days from final design approval to delivery.

B.For Standard Collection Sculptures

These are fixed designs from our curated collection. As no design approval is needed, we can proceed directly to fabrication upon order confirmation.

  • Production Time (Order Processing Time): Typically 35-40 business days.
  • Total Transit Time (Shipping Time): Upon finished product approval, standard shipping takes an additional 25-30 business days.
  • Total Estimated Lead Time: 60-70 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

C.Expedited Service for Both Paths: 

Available upon request for eligible projects, which may reduce the total lead time. An additional fee applies. Please inquire before ordering.

Note: All time frames are estimates in business days and exclude potential customs clearance delays.

 

2.Shipping & Freight Methods & Estimated Transit Times

We prioritize safety and reliability in every shipment.

  • Packaging: Each sculpture is securely packed in custom-built wooden crate with protective industrial cushioning (EPE foam or stretch wrap) to ensure safe transit.
  • Method: We utilize a combination of ocean freight and professional trucking services for the final leg. For special occasions, smaller pieces may be shipped via international couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx).
  • Estimated Local Delivery Times (Final Leg/Local Trucking): The shipping duration after dispatch varies by destination:
    • Within the Continental U.S.: 5-8 business days.
    • International Shipments: 10-30 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
    • Please note: These are estimated transit times in business days for standard shipping. Expedited service will reduce this duration. Actual delivery may be affected by customs processing, weather, or carrier schedules.

 

3.Shipping Areas & Costs

1) Standard Shipping: 

Complimentary standard shipping is included by default for all orders delivered to addresses within the Continental United States.Kindly note that this service provides curbside delivery only; all unloading, moving, and final installation remain the responsibility of the client.

This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Oregon, other remote regions, and Canada. If you are located in these areas, additional fees of shipment will apply; please contact us for a quotation.

2) Expedited Shipping (Additional Service): 

Available for an additional fee. For a quotation, please contact us at sales@infinitysculpture.com before placing your order.

3) International Orders: 

We ship to most global destinations, with the exception of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and India. All international shipments include customs and import duty estimates in the provided shipping quotation.

Please Note: Final customs charges are determined by the importing country. For shipments to the United States, any applicable customs duties are covered by Infinity Sculpture.

4) Large & Heavy Items: 

For oversized or heavy sculptures, additional logistics restrictions or fees may apply. We recommend consulting with us prior to ordering to confirm feasibility and final cost.

5) Order Cut-off & Time Zone: 

Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will begin processing the same day. Any orders received after this cut-off will be processed the following business day. Please Note: This cut-off applies to order entry only and does not affect standard production times.

6) Quotations & Contact: 

For any shipping inquiries, or to request a detailed quotation for expedited, international, or oversized shipments, please contact us at sales@infinitysculpture.com. We respond within 1 business day.

7) Policy Reservation: 

We reserve the right to suspend shipping services to any country or region due to force majeure, security risks, or changes in international trade regulations. 

 

4.Receiving Your Sculpture

To ensure the artwork arrives in perfect condition, please follow these guidelines upon delivery:

Inspection & Signature:

Inspect the external packaging before signing. If the crate shows any visible damage, dents, or signs of mishandling, you must note the damage in detail on the carrier's delivery receipt (POD) and take timestamped photographs immediately. Report the damage to us via email within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to note damage on the POD at delivery may complicate subsequent claims. To expedite the resolution of your claim, please retain all original packaging materials and the affected merchandise, and provide clear photographic or video documentation.

Unloading: 

Deliveries are curbside only. Please ensure 3-4 individuals are available to safely offload the crate. Note that lift-gate service may be restricted based on crate dimensions and vehicle clearance.

Access Issues: 

If the delivery address has access restrictions (e.g., narrow roads, steep driveways, unpaved surfaces), arrangements for pickup at the carrier's terminal may be necessary.

 

5.Scheduling & Tracking

  • Specific Date Requests: If you require delivery by a specific date, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate with our carriers.
  • Order Tracking: A traceable tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.

 

6.Customer Responsibilities

To avoid delays or additional fees, please note:

  • Delivery Acceptance: Be prepared to accept delivery within the scheduled window. Storage or re-delivery fees imposed by the carrier due to missed appointments will be the customer's responsibility.
  • Storage Charges: If delivery is postponed after final scheduling, any storage fees accrued by the carrier must be settled before re-delivery can be arranged.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Should a return be authorized under our Return Policy, the cost of return shipping, packaging, and any associated customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
