The total order amount is $37,114, with a 50% deposit of $18,557. The remaining balance of $18,557 will be due upon confirmation of the final product photos.

Due to the highly personalized nature of these projects, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

2. Production Timeline

Please anticipate a lead time of 14 to 18 weeks. This period officially begins upon receipt of your formal approval for the design (3D drawing or clay mold).

3. Tax-Inclusive Pricing

The quoted total is comprehensive and inclusive of all applicable taxes. No additional or hidden tax fees will be applied to your final invoice.

4. Delivery Terms

We are pleased to offer complimentary curbside freight shipping. Please note that the client is responsible for arranging the necessary equipment (e.g., a forklift) and personnel for unloading, on-site handling, and installation.

5. Design Approval & Order Activation

To ensure complete accuracy, physical production will only commence after the final 3D drawing or clay mold has been approved by you.
